This month, OUTA will be in court to force SANRAL and its toll concessionaire companies (Bakwena, N3TC and TRAC) to provide us will all the information pertaining to the amount of revenue generated and spent on these freeways. 

Society has the right to scrutinise this – unless we know how much money is earned and spent, along with their contractual obligations to the state, we will never know if these companies are making undue profits. The fact that Sanral believes society should not have access to this information, sends a strong signal that something is amiss. We will keep our supporters informed of developments on this issue.
